Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Terms: Contract to Hire

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our product strategy by understanding business problems for our customers.  You will conduct market research and deliver detailed, crisp business requirements for platform products and programs. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the products’ success from end-to-end. You’ll own product roadmaps (build and management), coordinate and drive cross-product line development efforts from design through release. You will collaborate across functions to evolve full alignment, go to market readiness and ongoing success throughout rolling launches.


8+ years of experience in product management or product strategy specifically in software and SAS services.
Experience collaborating to synthesize complex ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards making user experience-driven decisions that are grounded in data and user analysis
Experience bringing products to market in the healthcare space
Expertise in commercial pharma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Strong healthcare industry experience 
Excellent written and oral communication skills in a business environment, along with a proven ability to prioritize, organize and deliver on commitments.
Proven ability to make smart feature decisions versus time-to-market trade-offs.
Experience working directly with both marketing and client services/support teams to develop go to market plans.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management.
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to ensure a great customer experience.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Work cross-functionally with all key stakeholders to lead the new product development and innovation strategy. 
Determine product portfolio gaps and opportunity areas.
Translate brand into innovative product development combining industry needs, consumer insights and creative expertise, that will translate into compelling consumer marketing proposition.
Build and maintain product development and innovation pipeline.
Specify market requirements for current and future product functionality and services by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
Provide information for management by preparing short term and long-term product roadmaps.
Bring new features to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
Introduces and markets new features by developing plans with sales, account management, marketing, and production.
Implement best practices for our products and/or processes using consumer/market feedback.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
