Job Responsibilities as a Recruiter:

  • As a Recruiter you will build a network of talented professionals, with skill sets that match our clients’ hiring needs.
  • You will connect with professionals using a variety of resources including 250+ calls a week, email, social media, job boards etc. and will be accountable for presenting 5+ candidates a week to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Your goal as a Recruiter is to creatively identify, build relationships with, recruit and place top professionals in positions with ettain group’s reputable clients. 

Job Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • As a BDM you will identify and connect with prospects via phone, email, etc. in order to acquire new accounts and grow existing business within your territory, while providing exceptional service to your existing clientele.
  • You are accountable for meeting with at least 10 Hiring Managers weekly and conducting deep discovery around their initiatives and business needs in order to recommend appropriate talent solutions and identify and fill open positions.
  • Your role is to grow the business by working with your Recruiting team to place top Professionals in open positions with reputable companies. This requires the ability to clearly communicate the clients’ job and ensure that we deliver top talent to our clients, as well as the ability to effectively develop Recruiters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Must be high energy, competitive, goal oriented, independent and hard working
  • Exhibits proven communication and presentation skills
  • Able to interact with and build relationships with individuals at all levels - peers, clients and upper management
  • Able to deliver top talent with a high sense of urgency
  • 1+ years of related work experience (preferred but not required)
