Project Manager Summary:

Develop scalable produce space to sales planograms and determine measurement / rollout plan.

  • Assist in leading the process design of planograms for produce to drive sales, reduce shrink, and optimize the produce suggested ordering solution
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with division leadership and division associates, including the division rollout manager, to understand, summarize and define work processes (current and future state)
  • Establish/maintain professional relationships with senior management to understand/support business strategies and the business plan
  • Partner with Corporate Training and Development to develop training modules consistent with the standards
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to document the financial impact of produce space to sales work
  • Define and document reset timeline and key stakeholders and their roles
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Project Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ project management/process improvement experience
  • Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse/complex business problems
  • Ability to lead a team of highly driven and talented individuals and maintain a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities/strategies and develop, re-engineer and document business processes
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes to business processes/technologies
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
  • Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements and summarizing observations
  • Ability to work overnight/unusual hours to perform in-store tasks
  • Ability to travel independently (<75%)
