Position Title: Product Manager – Supply Chain
Type: Full-Time

Do you want to work on a product that is impacting end to end customer experiences e.g. which products we should offer across more than 1,700 stores, online and mobile channels, how we should do space planning, and what price and promo options we should offer? 

We are looking for a visionary product manager to lead the engineering, architectural, user experience and data science efforts and to solve these critical customer problems and help us achieve our mission. We believe data science efforts will play a more critical role in the company and you will make a big impact by driving these efforts.

As a Product Manager, you will work with product, data science, engineering, merchandising operations, finance and supply chain teams to make the vision reality.

Product Manger Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the voice of the customer, understanding the customer's needs and communicate those to the team
  • Owns the roadmap for their product(s)
  • Continuously reviews, refines and drives prioritization of the product roadmap, clearly articulating the vision and strategy to the product teams and various stakeholders
  • Defines the features and stories that serve as the detailed requirements for an assigned product
  • Develops and defends the business case for a new product feature or set of features, works with finance to create detailed financial models and uses business/financial acumen to modify as necessary; accountable for successful P&L of business case
  • Set the success metrics and KPIs for their product(s)
  • Runs Weekly Business Reviews for their product(s) and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met, prioritizes options for improvement or enhancement
  • Works with data scientists and engineers to build and ship models. Tracks team’s velocity and optimizes delivery to ensure the most valuable work is always delivered first
  • Works with cross-functional Product Managers and up with Sr Managers, Product Management to drive work across other product teams and helps move and prioritize work into other product backlogs
  • Develops and presents communications, frequently to leadership, communicating the desired message, at the appropriate level, for the right recipient
  • Keeps pace with change and maintains a competitive advantage within the marketplace by seeking out and learning about changes in the field
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Supply chain distribution space to all levels of the company including the senior executive team
  • Serve as a champion on digital experience, product management, emerging technology, and digital in the ecosystem of omni-channel retailing

Product Manager Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in 2 or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing
  • 2+ years experience or more of the following: Supply chain or Merchandising
  • 2+ years’ experience strategy and/or digital product delivery experience in executing world-class digital product and/or experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in translating business strategy into specific product features
  • 1+ years’ experience in an agile software environment
  • 1+ years’ experience in demonstrated delivery of business results
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Product Manager Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree
  • 1+ years’ experience in product design and/or product management
  • Previous agile experience
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Experience in running a P&L
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Prior leadership with a top 25 omni-channel retailer
  • Experience in running a P&L
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain Management
  • CSPO Certification
